Delivery and Shipping Policy

ةWe currently accept and ship orders to customers reside in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Oman. Sorry we currently can’t accept or ship orders to other non-stated countries. We may consider to accept orders and or ship to other countries in future. Pls. refer back to our site for any new updates

Production & Order Processing Time

For orders within Saudi Arabia please allow a minimum of 2-4 business days for orders to processed and shipped

For orders within other gulf states please allow a minimum of 2-4 business days for orders to processed and shipped

Please note that we operate 5 days a week while Friday and Saturday is off days

If there are delay in your order for unforeseen reasons we will notify you thru your registered contact address

Delivery Addresses

can’t ship to multiple addresses in one order. If you require that service you must place a separate order for each of your addresses

We only ship orders to addresses within Saudi Arabia and GCC countries

Courier Delivery

We ensure that your order is packed, sealed & safely packaged for transportation. Once order is dispatched we will notify you by selected means of communication. Our courier will contact you to arrange the time of delivery

 Order Cancellation

All orders are custom made and according to customer preference and choice. Sorry orders once placed and payment received is considered final and can’t be canceled or refunded

Order Quality & Replacement Policy

We have identified workmanship and process to assure highest quality production measures to deliver distinguished product and service and we will always strive to meet our customers expectation and satisfaction

Incase you are not satisfied with the quality of delivered product for any reason; please notify us thru email info@muradphoto.sa or WhatsApp mobile no. +966 56 8777 000. Pls. provide comprehensive comment of your dissatisfaction and include a photo of the problem. For your satisfaction we will re-produce your product free of charge

Sales VAT & Import Duties

For all orders to be shipped and delivered within Saudi Arabia there will be 15% VAT added to your order as per Saudi Zakat, Tax & Customs regulation

Orders for customer reside at GCC countries and to be shipped to their designated country will have no VAT charged to their order according to Saudi Zakat, Tax & Customs regulations

When you order for GCC delivery, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package with the order (products) arrives at the destination that you specified. Any charges for customs clearance have to be borne by the customer, as we have no control over such charges and cannot foresee the amount charged (if any)

Currency

We charge in Saudi Riyals (SAR) for Saudi orders for other countries you have a choice to pay in SAR or U.S. Dollar. One USD is fixed at 3.75 SAR
